Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping options available at checkout

 

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 4–14 business days. See the chart below for more information.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying.


Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LACELOVE is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
